Paul Harrison Photography follows a thoughtful and personalized approach which provides a lifetime of photographic memories for clients throughout the southeastern Virginia area. For me, preparation begins long before the wedding as I learn your priorities, research locations, and determine how to best capture the event while being as unobtrusive as possible.
Why add a bridal portrait session to your package?
Biggest reason – of course – for the images! You will never have looked more beautiful… let’s capture that beauty in a separate bridal portrait session so we can spend more time recording the fun on your wedding day!
You and I can spend time getting to know each other a bit — you become more comfortable in front of the camera and I learn more about what makes you unique. The result is always a more relaxed wedding-day experience for the bride and a clearer understanding for me of how to approach my work.
The session can take place at a location of your choosing, at the time of your choosing – sunsets on the Yorktown Riverwalk, spring color in the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, autumn in Colonial Williamsburg. If you can dream it, we can probably do it. And rescheduling is usually no problem if circumstances require.
The session gives you an opportunity to play around with hairstyle, to get a better idea of how long the preparations will take, and perhaps see what final gown adjustments might need to be made.
